We do not accept returns of any product or products if they are damaged or if the order you received is incorrect.
However, we will send you a replacement order if you contact us at email@example.com on the following conditions:
- You must provide your order information* and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product(s).
* State the date and time of your order, order number, your name, your address, and what your order was meant to contain. All of this information can be found within your order confirmation page.
*** Customers must notify Snail Vinyls of any issues with their order within 30 days of their order date. This includes damaged orders or orders not received.
If resent product is not received after 30 days, the entire order will be refunded.
